Choicedge is a design and construction studio delivering turnkey interiors across residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, healthcare, retail and industrial spaces. Our project leads own each home end-to-end — briefing, design, procurement and site execution — so nothing is lost in translation between teams.

Concept Design
Spatial layout, material direction, lighting concept and hero visualisations — the directional commitment everything else builds on.
Design Development
The concept becomes a buildable specification — detailed drawings, material schedules and a line-by-line BOQ, walked through with physical samples.
GFC & Procurement
Drawings are sealed for construction, long-lead items are ordered, and a Pre-Execution Meeting hands the project to the site team.
Execution
The 45-day site sprint. Daily progress reports, a written update every Friday, and structured site walks every two weeks.
Handover & DLP
A guided handover walk, a complete documentation dossier, and a 12-month defects liability period with proactive check-ins.
Lifelong Client
